SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – After getting their checks delayed twice, KY3 checked back in with Springfield Beef-A-Roo employees who protested payroll delays to see if they finally got paid. They said they got paid, but now they are without a job.
Last Friday, Beef-A-Roo on Chestnut Expressway closed its doors due to employees, like former Beef-A-Roo managers Cheyenne Flagg and Leah Guster, walking off the job because their paychecks were delayed.
Flagg and Guster said the corporation sent an email the night before payday, writing that paychecks would be delayed again with no pay date announced…
