TOWAMENSING TWP., CARBON COUNTY(WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been charged with attempted homicide after a shooting, but claims it was in self-defense, police say.
According to an affidavit from police, on June 28, troopers were called to the 300 block of Lakeside Drive in Towamensing Township, where the caller, 44-year-old David Munro, said he had just shot a man during a dispute.
The victim was found beneath a covered patio suffering from a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, while Munro was in his vehicle on the driveway.
