LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. — A man convicted in a 2022 rape that happened in Allentown has learned his sentence.
Felix Javier Pagan, 41, of Marienville, was convicted by a jury in November 2025 of charges of Rape Threat of Forcible Compulsion, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse by Threat of Forcible Compulsion and Strangulation, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
He was sentenced to serve 50 to 100 years in state prison, authorities said…
