ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A man was taken into custody in connection with a shooting Thursday morning in Isle of Wight County that left another man injured.
It happened at approximately 9:25 a.m. at Eagle Harbor Apartments, located at 220 Marsh Landing Drive.
