A Burlington County brewery filed for bankruptcy last month.
Brewery Thirty-Three at 601 Lippincott Ave. in Riverton, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Wednesday, June 17. Tommy Cimino, who owns the three-year-old brewery under Cimino RE Holdings, told Philly Biz Journal the filing was prevent the property from being foreclosed.
Cimino said a sheriff’s sale had been scheduled for Thursday, June 18. Foreclosure proceedings began against the brewery last November after it defaulted on a $1.39 million loan taken out in 2023, Philly Biz Journal reported, citing property records and the bankruptcy filing…
