Fayetteville, N.Y. — Nearly two years after the project was first announced, Apizza Alimentari is coming to Fayetteville next week.
The Roman-inspired café, bakery, market and restaurant from Apizza Regionale owners Paul Messina and John Stage, along with celebrated baker Amy Chrisogonou, will open Wednesday, July 8, in the former Kirby’s Grill & Taphouse building at 408 E. Genesee St.
The owners announced Thursday that the restaurant will begin with breakfast and lunch service from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The announcement came as the team spent the day training staff while serving invited guests.
Apizza Alimentari blends several Italian concepts under one roof.
