This month, one of Curative Connections’ Employment and Training Program members, Brady, celebrated his two-year anniversary at ProSolutions, Curative’s mission partner.
Through relationships with businesses in the area, Curative’s Employment and Training program can provide meaningful work experience for members on their path to finding and maintaining employment. The Employment and Training staff assisted Brady in getting the job at ProSolutions, provided coaching, and continues to support him as needed. ProSolutions has given Brady the tools needed to succeed and thrive in his role. Brady knows that both the staff at Curative and ProSolutions are ready to help and support him.
