NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a critically missing woman on Thursday, July 2.
According to the NOPD, 75-year-old Barbara Hainsworth was last seen around two days ago after leaving a group home in the 400 block of Andry Street near St. Claude Avenue. NOPD officials said Hainsworth has a serious medical condition that may cause confusion or disorientation. She previously resided in the Lakeview area and may have attempted to return to the location where she previously lived.
Hainsworth was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green pullover shirt and black tennis shoes that were too large for her. She was also carrying and may be wearing a tan trench coat and was pushing a baby stroller which she uses in place of a walker.
