SPOKANE, Wash. — A longtime face of Fred’s Appliance filed a civil lawsuit after a President’s Day commercial aired and sparked a dispute over how her image and voice were used.
Amber George had appeared in ads for Fred’s Appliance for more than a decade and became closely tied to the brand during that time. In recent months, that partnership ended and the dispute now at the center of a civil complaint.
