Former deputy chief of Tacoma Police Department sues city, alleging retaliation

TACOMA, Wash. — The former deputy chief of the Tacoma Police Department is suing the city, alleging he was unlawfully terminated after reporting issues within city government.

The lawsuit also says the city did not provide Paul Junger due process rights after disseminating allegations of discrimination and misconduct.
