UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Village of Union City officials say Friday afternoon’s strong storms that knocked down trees and caused power outages also caused equipment for their annual display to be damaged by rain.
That has forced the fireworks to be canceled Friday, with officials working on a new date and time to be announced at a later date.
