Two Chicago police officers were shot on Friday afternoon in an incident that also left another person hospitalized, authorities said.
The two officers were shot just after 5 p.m. near East 79th Street and South Clyde Avenue in the city’s South Shore neighborhood, Chicago Fire Department officials said.
