EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — KTSM 9 News spotted a medical examiner team recovering what appears to be a body from a home in Segundo Barrio.
Crews observed officers with the El Paso Police Department at a residence on South Florence Street and East Fourth Avenue on Thursday.
