Firecracker Fast 5K Continues a Half Century of Independence Day Tradition in Little Rock

For 50 years, the Firecracker Fast 5K has been one of Arkansas’s favorite Independence Day traditions. Every July 4, runners, walkers, and families gather in Little Rock before sunrise to celebrate the holiday with one of the state’s oldest and most popular road races.
