PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Grand Ronde man died, and a Salem woman suffered serious injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 18 in Lincoln County after a pickup crossed into oncoming traffic, Oregon State Police said on Friday.
Oregon State Police said they responded to a crash report on Thursday morning at around 10:10 a.m. on Highway 18 near milepost 1 in Lincoln County.
