MARSHALL, N.C. (WLOS) — The Madison County Fairgrounds’ new 1,500-seat covered arena is officially open. The arena’s first night started with something truly American: a rodeo, followed by fireworks.
County Manager Rod Honeycutt says the 125-foot-by-240-foot arena features a press box, new restrooms, lighting and more. Additionally, no county tax dollars were used to build it.
