Moo’s Place Ice Cream in Salem is in full swing, especially on Monday nights with the Classic Car Shows. Memorial Day was no exception. The place was packed. Brenda and Glenn Bach were thrilled with the number of customers who came to see the great-looking Oldies and to eat their great tasting ice cream. It was a beautiful evening, especially because it took place on Memorial Day.
Families gathered to enjoy both the ice cream and old classic vehicles together on the day those who lost their loved ones who gave their lives for us were remembered.
The owners of these beauties happily talked about them. Bill Lloyd from Fremont stood with his great-looking ‘41 Ford Pickup. “This was the last truck before the war (WWII). It’s 85 years old.” Bill did the complete Frame-Off Restoration “all original – just the way Henry Ford designed it.”…
