At least two people have died and three others have been injured in July 4th weekend boating incidents across Georgia.
A Lake Lanier boating accident in Hall County sent one person to the hospital Friday afternoon, July 3. Georgia Department of Natural Resources game wardens said a 20-foot center console boat struck a large wake near Mountain View Park, causing a female passenger to fall and injure her left leg. She was transported to Gainesville Medical Center for treatment.
