I have a hard time passing up a French Dip sandwich when it’s on a menu, so when visiting locally-owned Bayou Deli in Shreveport, the Swamp Dip caught my eye.
This sandwich is roast beef and melted provolone cheese on a sub roll with a side of au jus for dipping. The roast beef and juice had a nice flavor and the sandwich was just as satisfying as I imagined it to be.
Bayou Deli is a small, casual place where you order at the counter and select your own seat.
