Police: Albany man charged after investigation into his own shooting

ALBANY — An Albany man who was shot on First Street in May now faces a felony charge of reckless endangerment.

Nayquan Joseph, 29, was charged in connection with an investigation by city police into his own shooting, which happened near the intersection of First and Ontario streets on May 22.
