POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 8:55am on June 27th after reports of an assault at the Amazon facility on Lockport Road in the Town of Niagara.
The 911 caller told police that two males were physically fighting in the parking lot. One of the males sustained a bloody nose and a serious head injury after being struck, resulting in him being covered with blood. The other male fled the scene in what was believed to be a Maroon colored pickup truck. The victim was evaluated by EMS in the parking lot but refused transport to a hospital. There was no mention over the audio of what caused the altercation to begin.
Police, medical and fire responded to the scene. The suspect did not return to the scene. However, his identity is known to police. No further information is available at this time…
