LANCASTER, N.Y. — A new taproom and restaurant is opening Sunday in the Village of Lancaster, following months of preparation and anticipation.
Wayland Brewing announced last November that it would be expanding into the Lancaster. The venue will feature Wayland’s craft beers, Buffalo Bros’ signature burgers, and both indoor and outdoor seating in the center of the village, on West Main Street.
The collaboration brings together Wayland Brewing and Buffalo Bros Burgers, the latter owned by the brother of Wayland co-founder Brad Rowell, who said the move reflects both growing demand and the area’s momentum…
