STARR, S.C. (WSPA) – Two men have drowned at Lake Hartwell, according to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office and Anderson County Coroner.
Officials said at around 5 p.m., they were called out to the Singing Pines Recreation Park regarding a possible drowning. The coroner said both victims were believed to have been under water for approximately 40 minutes.
