ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – A Roanoke man was arrested and released on bond after leaving two dogs inside a parked vehicle during extreme heat on Friday afternoon, according to the Roanoke Police Department.
Officers say they obtained felony and misdemeanor animal cruelty warrants from the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office against 23-year-old Marlin Avetay Jalaney Jamison.
