ST. LOUIS – One more very hot and humid day before temperatures return closer to normal for this time of year. The Heat Advisory/Extreme Heat Warning continues through today. Highs will approach the mid 90s with heat index values upwards of 100.
We will see some isolated to scattered storms develop for the afternoon and evening, but I’m still hopeful we get fireworks in without any issues. Storms that develop could produce heavy downpours and gusty winds.
We’ll keep the chance in for some storms overnight, but this isn’t a sure thing…
