LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man is facing multiple charges after being accused of a domestic violence break-in, according to Louisville Metro Police.
According to arrest documents, 45-year-old Primitivo Granados Oviedo is accused of breaking into a home in the 7000 block of Shanty Creek Drive on Saturday, July 4, as he attempted to force his wife and children to return home against their will. Granados’ arrest citation says that he threatened to harm them and anyone who tried to stop him as he forced his way into the home.
LMPD says that Granados is believed to have assaulted and injured multiple people as he attempted to enter, including his son, whom he is accused of punching in the face, and threatened to kill his wife if she tried to leave him…
