A rowhome in West Philadelphia was severely damaged by a fire on Sunday.
NBC10 was at the scene on the 5200 block of Hazel Avenue at around 5 p.m. to find that firefighters had knocked down the blaze, but the home’s second floor appeared to be completely charred.
No information on the fire’s cause or if there were any injuries was immediately available…
