WORCESTER – Where a historic building stood for about nine decades until it was torn down to vacate the lot at 27 Chandler St., a developer is looking to build an apartment building with 74 units.
GoVenture Capital Group, a developer long involved in multiple projects across the city, will appear in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals July 20 for its plans.
