EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Five people suffered minor injuries and four dogs died in a residential structure fire late Saturday night, July 4 in East El Paso County, said Kris Melendez, fire chief for El Paso County Emergency Services District 1/Horizon.
The fire happened along the 13000 block of Paseo De Vida near Horizon City in East El Paso County, Melendez said.
