Lane closures expected in Bossier Parish for road work

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Bossier Parish Highway Department announces that commuters in Bossier Parish should prepare for lane closures and potential delays as the Highway Department begins reconstruction work on McDade Road in Elm Grove starting Monday.

The project is scheduled to begin on July 6, 2026, and will reconstruct approximately 1,000 feet of roadway as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements to enhance safety and driving conditions in the area.
