PICKENS, S.C. (WSPA) — A man was arrested Sunday after police reported a hoax device found at an Upstate gas station prompted road closures and a bomb squad response.
An investigation was initiated after a suspicious item placed on a gas pump at Xpress Mart on East Cedar Rock Street around 5:15 p.m. led to an emergency response by the Pickens Police Department.
