LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A jury is recommending a sentence of more than 20 years for a man convicted of shooting his wife and sister-in-law.
Ronald Howard was found guilty of assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Prosecutors said he shot his wife and sister-in-law inside a home on South 36th Street in April 2025.
Both women survived their injuries…
