NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — A driver was arrested after police stopped a vehicle that was being driven erratically on Commercial Drive near St. Rt. 840.
According to the New Hartford Police Department, officers pulled over a Jeep on July 3 and found that the driver, Joseph Parker, 38, of Durhamville, had been allegedly drinking alcohol while driving.
Officers gave Parker field sobriety tests and arrested him for driving while intoxicated, according to NHPD…
