LINCOLN–(KFOR July 4)—An alleged assault on an officer from over the weekend lands a Lincoln woman in jail.
It was shortly after 2am Saturday that Lincoln Police were on patrol near 8th and “Q” Street and saw several people fighting. Lt. Chris Weber tells KFOR News those officers told the group to stop and gave commands and physically had to break up the fight.
