Open since April, this Bossier City restaurant introduced me to new flavors as well as served some of my favorites.
I didn’t know what to expect when I pulled up to El Rincon Del Sabor, located in a nonassuming building. But inside I was greeted by a large dining room with tall ceilings, surrounded by colorful wall-size murals and painted, decorative furniture.
El Rincon Del Sabor with the tagline Sabor de Centroamerica, translates to flavors of Central America. Central American countries include Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Panama.
I was in luck because the menu has photos and English translations. And there was so much to choose from, but I settled on what looked like a large plate with lots of variety, called almuerzos…
