GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. – The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is releasing additional information after arresting a man in South Carolina and extraditing him back to Michigan to face charges for an alleged sexual assault of a young person.
Sheriff Chris Swanson says that 26-year-old Zachary Jackson, from South Carolina, is facing five felony counts:
- Criminal Sexual Conduct -1st Degree – During Felony (2 counts)
- Child Sexually Abusive Activity – Aggravated
- Child Sexually Abusive Activity – Aggravated – Distribute/Promote
- Using a Computer to Commit a Crime
