LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -Louisville Metro Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash involving an e-bike late Sunday night.
Officers were called around 11:45 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2026, to the 2100 block of Outer Loop between Stinnett Lane and Grade Lane for a reported collision. Investigators say an adult man riding an e-bike on Outer Loop was struck by a vehicle that did not stop. Police do not yet know the vehicle’s make, model or color, or which direction it was traveling.
Police say the rider was thrown from the e-bike and found on the shoulder of the roadway. A second passenger vehicle then struck the e-bike in the roadway but stopped, and the driver remained at the scene…
