MEMPHIS, Tenn. — IKEA has asked the city to rename the Cordova street where its Memphis store was located until recently, erasing the IKEA name from the city entirely.
The Swedish home goods retailer was located on a street called IKEA Way until it closed May 3, less than a decade after it opened.
