MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Five juveniles have been charged after they allegedly discharged fireworks near a Bartlett crowd at the annual Fireworks Extravaganza on the 4th of July, Bartlett Mayor David Parsons said.
Mayor David Parsons said on Monday that five juveniles were identified as suspects and charged with disorderly conduct and drug possession. Their ages have not been released.
