MECKLENBURG COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 21-year-old is facing charges after an 18-year-old Richmond man was injured in a shooting in Mecklenburg County’s South Hill area on the Fourth of July.
At about 7:14 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, officers with the South Hill Police Department were called to East First Street and Brooke Avenue following reports of a disturbance.
