CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A Dubuque man caught distributing methamphetamine and trying to escape from jail has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison.
Christopher Allen Puccio, 32, received the prison term after pleading guilty in July 2025 to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Chief Judge C.J. Williams handed down the sentence in Cedar Rapids.
Court records showed that Puccio worked with his uncle David Parker and others to get ice methamphetamine from Madison, Wisconsin, and sell it to customers in the Dubuque area in July 2024.
