NEWKIRK — A court date is set for a Wichita, Kansas man accused of six offenses including aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, possession of cocaine, Alprazolam, stolen property and a firearm while in commission of a felony.
David Sam Youthsavath, 27, was arrested by Otoe-Missouria Tribal police on May 3 at First Council Casino after officers responded to a report of a male and female using drugs inside a vehicle parked in front of the gas station.
Newkirk police and Kay County deputies responded to the location while tribal police responded.
