PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were hurt in an attack that unfolded in a park in Corvallis, authorities said.
Thomas Ludwig, 40, was arrested on Thursday of last week after allegedly swinging a meat cleaver at another person before running away from Pioneer Park.
The Corvallis Police Department said officers responded to the park, where Ludwig also allegedly threw rocks at two other people, a man and a woman, both 39-year-olds. Both victims were injured and treated at the scene. The suspect and two victims were all homeless, according to police.
