No firework-related incidents reported on July 4: HFD, EMS

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The 250th Independence Day anniversary was highly anticipated and marked with fanfare across the nation — and on Oʻahu, celebrations were conducted safely.

Honolulu Fire Department and Honolulu Emergency Medical Services reported there were no firework-related incidents on July 4.

EMS responded to “its normal call volume” but reported no patients were transported for firework-related injuries during the holiday…
