Greenlight Networks expands coverage area with purchase of PA-based fiber internet provider

Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – Buffalo’s Greenlight Networks, a fiber optic internet provider, has finished its purchase of FastBridge Fiber, another fiber internet provider based out of Reading, PA. The purchase adds 65,000 homes to Greenlight’s coverage area.

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on 1st Street in Niagara Falls Tuesday morning for a new $39.5 million mixed-use affordable housing development called “The Nest”. The development includes 73 affordable apartments and space for workforce development and community support services.

Moog has elected Carl Christenson to its Board of Directors, increasing the size of the board from 9 to 10. Christenson’s resume includes a seat on IDEX Corporation’s board. He was also Chairman and CEO of Altra Industrial Motion for 14 years…
