RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — All air conditioning systems at a Richmond senior apartment complex failed Monday. This comes less than a week after the city discovered insect infestations, broken elevators and more within these long-troubled buildings.
On Monday, July 6, the air conditioning systems in all four buildings of the Legacy at Imperial Village senior apartment complex failed, according to a press release from the city.
