ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke Police Department released a statement on Facebook Sunday, saying its animal protection and services unit is conducting an active investigation at City Dogs Boarding and Playcare.
Police asked anyone with a dog currently at the facility to come pick them up as quickly as possible. The reason is unknown.
