COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) –– A longtime Muscogee County Sheriff’s deputy died Monday after a brief illness.
Joe Riley Denson was 75.
Denson served 32 years with the Sheriff’s Office, retiring as a sergeant. He remained with the department until his death as a member of the office’s reserve unit.
