TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Prosecutors dispelled rumors Tuesday about a possible deal to give convicted go-between Katherine Magbanua a reduced sentence in exchange for her testimony against two co-defendants in the murder-for-hire of Florida State law professor Dan Markel.
Magbanua is one of five people convicted in the 2014 murder plot. She’s currently serving a life sentence.
