Man injured after argument leads to stabbing on Southwest Side overnight

CHICAGO — A man is recovering in the hospital, and a woman is in custody after an argument led to a stabbing inside a residence on the Southwest Side overnight.

According to Chicago police, the incident unfolded around 10:20 p.m. inside a residence in the 1600 block of West 67th Street in West Englewood.

Officers said it all started after the victim, a 24-year-old man, got into an argument with the suspect, a 31-year-old woman.
